HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
It depends on various things. We have bought properties in two days, others take slightly longer.
WILL YOU GIVE ME A LOW OFFER?
Not necessarily. It depends upon market conditions and various other factors at the time. Every sale is different. It should be understood however that the offer is based upon an investment and is unlikely to meet full market value. All be it in some circumstances market value is achieved. Because we are in partnership with Scotland’s leading estate agents we have multiple avenues to explore for you. We want to provide you with the best possible solution and out offers will reflect that.
CAN YOU STOP ME BEING REPOSSESSED?
Depending on what stage you are at with your lender, we may be able to help. If a lender knows you are taking steps to resolve your situation they may look more favourably. As ever the quicker you take action and the quicker you let them know the better.
MY PROPERTY HAS SERIOUS REPAIR ISSUES WILL YOU STILL TAKE THIS ON?
yes this is not a problem for us. We have special packages that deal with properties that require more extensive repair work or renovations before being put on the market. Call us and talk to us.
